What the numbers mean
This board is not an inventory of what is on disk. It checks the site the way a
reader does: follow each product's latest.json, follow the catalog it
points to, and fetch a real frame. That is the only test that catches the failures
that matter here, which are the ones where nothing errors — a pointer that stops
advancing because an ingest is failing silently, a catalog that resolves but whose
frames 404, the bucket proxy answering not rendered yet for everything.
Age is the age of the newest cycle, not the time since the last ingest pass: an ingest that runs hourly and correctly finds nothing new is healthy; an ingest whose newest cycle is a day old is not. For every product the peak healthy age is adoption lag + one publish interval + one skipped cycle, and the adoption lag is not small, because every ingest here waits for a cycle to be complete before taking it. RRFS adopts only once F018 exists, about two hours after cycle time, since the sub-hourly series publishes over roughly two hours; its pass then runs at :40, takes up to 25 minutes on a synoptic cycle, and the pointer only moves when all five domains finish. So about 3.5 hours is the steady state for the hourly products, and 5 hours is the first number that means something is wrong.

- Four cycles a day, ~4.6 h to finish one, so the newest complete run peaks at ~10.7 h old just before the next lands — amber at 13 h, red at 20 h

- Its "cycle" is a UTC day pinned at 00Z, so it is aged by the valid time of its newest frame, which is what a reader actually sees

- How many cycles the run picker on that product's page can switch between

- Whether one real image out of the newest catalog answered 200 through the bucket proxy

- The root filesystem of the host — amber at 88 % full, red at 94 %
The check runs at :52, the quietest minute of the hour here, and this page re-reads it every five minutes. A stamp more than two hours old means the checker itself has stopped, which is its own kind of finding.
